BONNIE HENNING SERVICE provides customized residential and commercial property solutions, including:
Landscape Design & Architecture: 2D/3D conceptual planning and site analysis.
Hardscape Construction: Patios, walkways, retaining walls, and custom woodwork.
Horticultural Services (Softscaping): Nursery stock planting, soil work, and sod installation.
Property Maintenance: Regular lawn care, seasonal cleanups, and weed management.
Irrigation Systems: Smart system installations, repairs, and winterization.
Arborist Services: Canopy structural pruning, tree removal, and stump grinding.
All itemized proposals and project estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued. Because wholesale costs for raw lumber, stone, bulk aggregates, and nursery inventory fluctuate based on market availability, quotes are subject to revision after the 30-day window closes. A project is only officially scheduled upon written client approval and clear receipt of any required deposit.
As an owner-operated sole proprietorship, timely payments keep our material pipelines moving efficiently.
Project Deposits: Mid-to-large installations and hardscapes require an initial deposit (typically 30% to 50%) before work is scheduled or inventory is purchased.
Maintenance Billing: Recurring maintenance services are invoiced monthly or per-visit and are due net 15 days from the date of the invoice.
Late Penalties: Accounts past due will accumulate a late penalty fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the outstanding balance, plus all associated collection costs.
The Client agrees to grant our team unobstructed and safe access to the work property during scheduled operational hours. To protect our equipment and crew, the work site must be completely clear of pet waste, toys, and surface hazards prior to our arrival. All household pets must be securely restrained indoors for the entire duration of the service window.
We handle the standard protocol of contacting public utility locator services before breaking ground. However, BONNIE HENNING SERVICE is not financially responsible for accidental damage to unmarked private underground elements (such as invisible dog fences, low-voltage landscape lighting wires, private drainage routes, or unrecorded irrigation pipes) unless the Client explicitly maps out these lines in writing before work begins.
We pride ourselves on sourcing premium, disease-free nursery stock and turf grass. However, because plants, shrubs, trees, and sod are highly sensitive living organisms, their survival depends entirely on proper post-installation hydration and care. We provide basic care parameters upon completion; we do not offer a survival warranty on living elements subjected to under-watering, over-watering, extreme weather events, client neglect, or unapproved chemical treatments.
Outdoor physical labor is highly dependent on favorable weather conditions. We reserve the right to alter project schedules due to inclement weather, unseasonal ground frost, excessive soil saturation, or wholesale nursery inventory shortages. We are not liable for timeline disruptions caused by severe acts of nature.
All physical building elements, paving units, plant stock, lighting fixtures, and irrigation parts delivered to your property remain the legal property of BONNIE HENNING SERVICE until your final invoice balance is paid in full. We reserve the legal right to reclaim and remove unpaid inventory from the premises in the event of a payment default.
We reserve the right to capture high-quality digital photographs and video footage of your property's landscapes before, during, and after our work. This media may be featured in our professional marketing portfolio, social media channels, or website. To safeguard your privacy, we will never publish your street address, personal identity markers, family names, or visible security system locations.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute arising from these terms or our on-site services shall be handled within the appropriate local jurisdiction.
