Thank you for choosing BONNIE HENNING SERVICE. Because our business specializes exclusively in landscape architecture, hardscape construction, maintenance, irrigation, and arborist services, we do not ship items via postal mail or third-party freight carriers. Instead, we transport all project materials, nursery stock, and heavy machinery directly to your service address.

1. Service Radius & Delivery Location

We provide on-site services and material delivery exclusively to residential and commercial properties located within, Missouri, Indiana, Florida, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, New York. We cannot transport materials or execute work outside of our active regional service zone.

2. Material Transport & Staging

• Delivery Scheduling: For booked projects, all bulk aggregates (soil, mulch, gravel), hardscape components (pavers, retaining stones), and nursery stock (trees, shrubs, sod) will be transported to your property on the scheduled start date of the project or during designated milestones.

• Site Staging: Upon arrival, materials will be safely staged on your property (typically on a designated driveway, side yard, or specified work zone). We take great care to minimize property disruption, but the Client must ensure the staging area is cleared of vehicles and personal property prior to our arrival.

3. Freight and Sourcing Fees

As a sole proprietorship, we coordinate the hauling and logistics of all project supplies directly from wholesale yards and nurseries. Any applicable transport fees, fuel surcharges, or bulk freight costs required to bring heavy equipment or mass materials to your property will be explicitly itemized in your initial project proposal or estimate. We do not charge hidden shipping fees upon completion.

4. Direct In-Person Sourcing

If your project requires hand-selected botanical specimens or premium hardscape elements, we manage the entire pick-up and transportation process for you. Clients are not responsible for handling, lifting, or coordinating the logistics of raw materials from our vendors.
