All written proposals and pricing estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, after which material costs or botanical nursery rates may be subject to market adjustments. 2. Payment Terms * **Deposits:** Mid-to-large-scale installations, hardscapes, or design projects require an initial deposit (typically 30% to 50%) before work is scheduled or materials are ordered. * **Progress & Maintenance Billing:** Large builds follow a milestone payment schedule. Routine property maintenance is billed monthly or per-visit and is due net 7 days from the invoice date. * **Late Payments:** Past-due balances will accumulate a late penalty fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum), plus any associated collection expenses. 3. Client Obligations & Site Access The Client must provide unobstructed, safe access to the work property during scheduled hours. The site must be completely clear of pet waste, toys, and surface hazards before crew arrival. Pets must be kept securely indoors during our service window. 4. Underground Utilities We contact local public utility locator services before breaking ground. However, we are not financially liable for accidental damages to unmarked, unmapped private lines (e.g., dog fences, low-voltage accent lights, private drains, or unrecorded irrigation modifications) unless explicitly mapped out in writing by the Client beforehand. 5. Living Elements & Warranties We source premium, healthy sod, plants, and trees. Because living elements require proper ongoing care, we offer no explicit or implied survival warranty on botanical inventory if subjected to inadequate watering, extreme natural weather phenomena, unapproved chemical applications, or property neglect. 6. Property Ownership & Material Title All materials, hardscape units, lighting fixtures, and plant stock delivered to the work site remain the legal property of **BONNIE HENNING SERVICE** until the final invoice balance is settled and paid in full. 7. Marketing Rights We reserve the right to take digital photographs and video footage of the work site before, during, and after project completion for our professional portfolio and website promotional material. We will omit specific house numbers, personal identifiers, or security details to protect your privacy. 8.
